China's Reserves Continue To Recover.

China's holdings of us treasuries fell by $12.6bn in November to $1.18tn, the lowest since July 2017, but still the largest foreign holder of us treasuries. Japanese holdings fell for the fourth consecutive month in November. Both China and Japan have seen their holdings shrink to their lowest level since 2000. At present, more than a third of China's reserves are us treasuries.——
