Since January 1, 2018, except for the following four cases, Customs no longer accept for transit transport:

3, Susceptible to temperature, static electricity, dust and other natural factors or other special reasons, not the implementation of inspection in port customs surveillance zone, and import and export goods to meet the relevant conditions;

4, Mail, express mail, temporary import and export of goods (including goods under the ATA carnet), goods in transit, Central trains carrying cargo, export market procurement of goods, import and export of cross-border e-commerce retail, duty free and diplomacy, permanent staff of public institutions and personal belongings. ——
